Sending text messages and emails to Amilia Multipass holdersYou can now import Multipass holders from Amilia into Activity Messenger. You can then send them email and text messages. For example, to tell them how many tokens are left and invite them to renew their multipass. |

Importing multipass holders from AmiliaCreate a new list of type Amilia Multipass. Then choose the multipass from wich to import. You can even filter on the expiration date. Useful if you want to target people who's pass will expire this month. Activity Messenger will import and display the holder name, mobile phone, email and the number of tokens left. |

Keeping in sync with AmiliaJust like program/activity and membership lists, these lists get automatically synchronized 30 minutes before scheduled send outs. You can therefore plan a message days in advance. Activity Messenger will pick up new holders and refresh the number of tokens left before the message goes out. Alternatively you can sync the list manually either by clicking on Sync, or by opening and saving the list. Activity Messenger keeps a log of syncs. That way you can know when a sync was last performed. |

Personalizing generic messages using placeholdersMultipass have their own placeholders. You can use them to build a generic and reusable message to send by email or by SMS. You can let holders know how many tokens they have left or when their multipass is expiring. Your message can contain a call-to-action to drive them to your Amilia store to recharge. |
