Ready to get started? Follow these 4 steps. |

Step 1 - Import your campers into a listGo to Lists and Create. If you're on Amilia, choose Amilia programs. If not, choose Upload Excel/CSV. You will be able to import from any platform and easily map these columns: - Child name, gender and date of birth
- Parent name, email and mobile phone number
- Other parent name, email and mobile phone number
- Camp name and start date/time
- Camp dates

Step 2 - Create your release/COVID-19 formGo to Forms and Create. If you are in Canada, many COVID-19 sample forms are available. If not, click on Create from scratch and choose Youth waiver. Activity Messenger forms allow you to: - Capture child and parent information
- State your disclaimers and ask for consent
- Capture an electronic signature
- Ask for extra questions
Filled forms are stored as PDF documents and sent by email to the respondent. They are saved for your records as well. There are no limits on the number of filled forms you can store in your account. |

Step 3 - Create your pre-camp email templateGo to Templates and Create. You can select the Welcome to camp sample. Change the first button link to point to your own Parent guide. Change the COVID-19 button to point to the waiver you created in step 2. |

Step 4 - Create an automated task to send the emailGo to Automation and Create. Create a new automated task of type Activity Start. Set the number of days prior to camp for the email to go out. Select your campers list created in step 1. Click on Configure the message to attach the template created in step 3. You can even CC your camp counselors. Use the Bot simulator to make sure the email goes out on the expected day. |

Tracking open and click ratesGo to Messages and All messages. Filter on Automation messages. Find your pre-camp message and open it. The popup will list all emails and tracking statistics. You can even choose to resend the email to people who have not opened it. |

Taking attendanceAs we mentioned last week, we are working on an Attendance list feature. It will allow your camp counselors to fully manage their campers from one simple screen.
