1- Filter abandoned formsYou can now filter abandoned forms. This can be useful for admins to send a follow-up email to people who have started the registration process but abandoned before making the payment. |
|
|
|
|
2- Event ticket transfer between clientsUsers can now transfer Tickets from their account in the Customer Portal.
Once the user logs into their account and clicks on Transfer: - Their invoice will be updated to reflect the transfer.
- The user is removed from the class/attendance list.
- A new ticket is created for the new participant
- The new participant is added to the class/attendance list.

3- Multiple date range question on formsYou can now use the multiple entry option for date range questions on forms. All date ranges are displayed on the analytics page and on a linked calendar on the microsite. |
|

4- Show scheduled payment dates in table of invoicesAdministrators can now display scheduled payment dates directly in the invoice table, in the Expected Balance column. This gives you a good overview of all expected payments.

5- Add a TikTok social media link on forms and templatesOrganizations can now add a TikTok link as a social media option. This link is added along with your other social media links at the bottom of forms and email templates. |
