1- Adding internal notes to invoicesYou can now add internal notes to invoices. This is great for keeping track of special considerations or reminders. |
|
|
|
|
2- Placeholders in forms and contractsEnhance your forms and contracts by inserting placeholders (mail merge) into text blocks, terms, and acceptance questions. This allows you to more accurately tailor your documents to each customer or personnalize employee contracts.

3- Attaching a contract to an invoiceWhen you create an invoice, you can now attach a contract directly, streamlining your administrative tasks. The invoice and contract can be sent at the same time to collect both the payment and the signed contract. |

4- Client Credit Card ManagementYou clients can now easily add, update, or remove their credit card information under the Invoices or Memberships tabs in their personnal account. This feature is available for organizations using Stripe. |
|
|
|
|
5- Class Add-ons now available in invoicesYou can now add any class add-on directly from the item dropdown in your invoices. This can be used when creating a new invoice, but also when a customer who has already registered and paid online wants to include an add-on such as before or after camp care. |
