1- Adding page breaks in formsAdding page breaks allows you to turn your long forms into multi-page forms. Simply add the page break where you want the user to change pages to continue filling out any type of form. Questions after the page break appear on a separate page. |

2- Mass assign staff to attendance listThis feature is a game-changer for larger organizations. You can assign your staff to attendance lists in bulk, saving you time and ensuring that everyone knows exactly where they need to be. |

3- Remove invoice from confirmation emailWant to send a confirmation email without the invoice? No problem. You can easily toggle this option on or off, giving you more control over your communications. Great for rentals or any invoice that needs to be reviewed by an administrator before finalizing. |

4- Newsletter URL & Post to SocialExtend the reach of your newsletters with a unique URL and easy posting to social media. It's an easy way to keep your community informed, and to stay in touch with people who may not have subscribed to your newsletter. |

5- Pre-apply promo codesMake it easier for your participants to take advantage of your early bird promotions. With this feature, you can pre-apply promo codes to your forms that will end on the date you chose. |

|
|
6- Pro rata pricing of classesWe understand that not all participants join at the start of a session. You can now prorate tuition fees based on the registration date for people who join later in the session. After the initial setup, you have nothing else do! Activity Messenger automates the process. |
