Many of you started selling online classes on Zoom. Especially for children classes. Some of you shared your workflows with me. Goes something like this... - In Amilia you create a online class using drop-ins.
- Parents register their child to one or many online classes.
- Before each class, you gather the list of emails and create a meeting on Zoom. You send out calendar invitations.
- The online class happens.
- You edit the recording and email a link back to parents.
Over the coming weeks Activity Messenger will release features to allow you to automate steps 3, 4 and 5. Activity Messenger will integrate Zoom and Amilia in order to simplify communication with parents. This week, I am launching the first of those features. |

You can now create Zoom meeting email templates. Use the new Zoom block to add the meeting link, the meeting ID, and optionally the meeting password. Watch this short video to learn how it works. |
