Migrating from Mailchimp or Constant ContactActivity Messenger is a full replacement to Mailchimp and Constant Contact built specifically for Sports & Leisure organizations and Schools. Getting started can be overwhelming. That's why we wrote a 4-step migration guide.

Step 1 - Create a subscribers form to collect contactsCreate a Subscribers form to collect people interested in receiving your newsletter. Place the form on your website. You can embed the form on a page or add a button that will trigger a popup to present the form.
Step 2 - Import contacts from your old systemThe Subscribers form is also a list. You can import contacts from Mailchimp or Constant Contact into it. You can also use the import feature to update existing contacts. Don't worry about importing duplicates, Activity Messenger detects them and will instead merge contacts with the same email address.
Step 3 - Writing a newsletterBuild your newsletter using a Template. You can include rich text, images, videos (Youtube, Vimeo or your own) and even include Zoom links. You can even create beautiful designs with Canva directly inside of Activity Messenger.
Step 4 - Sending your newsletter by email and/or text messageWhen ready, create a new Message and email your newsletter. With Activity Messenger you can send your newsletter by SMS too. Recipients will receive a text message with a link to open the newsletter in their browser.
Bonus - Sending to multiple listsIf you also want to send your newsletter to participants, members or students from your registration system, you can use a Master list to combine multiple lists together. For example, create a Master list All Recipients. Combine the Subscribers, Amilia participants and even your Amilia staff.
