1- Create a calendarCreate a client-facing calendar using our microsite feature. This allows you to drive all your marketing for events, drop-in class and private lessons to a calendar where people can make purchases. 1. Create a landing page for your calendar by clicking on microsite in the menu (then select client portal)
2. Click the admin panel and select design mode
3. Click on the + sign and select Calendar |

2- Create a Class registration formUnder the forms menu in your dashboard, create a new class registration form by selecting the registration form option. You will then need to create a class in Activity Messenger by filling out the information below. |

3 - Creating an eventHosting an event with ticket sales soon? Using our form builder, select the event with tickets option. Create your first event in Activity Messenger by entering the date, time and ticket price. |

4 - Link your Classes/Events to you calendarNow that your classes and events are created, from the calendar view click on event source to add classes and events to your calendar! The system will pull the information from the form. Your clients will now be able to see the schedule on the calendar and even make purchases using the calendar view. |

5 - Adding a custom eventFrom the calendar view click on the + sign next to events in the lefthand menu. You will able to add an event name, date and time and a description. Select which color you want the event to appear on the calendar and even add a legend. |
