You can now limit waitlist capacity to better manage pending registrations. Additionally, activities with a full waitlist can be automatically hidden, ensuring a smoother experience and preventing participant frustration.

Offer individual, family, or corporate membership cards. Individual memberships prevent unauthorized name changes, ensuring exclusive use. Plus, for group registrations, auto-filling names based on email streamlines the process and reduces errors.

Forms: reservation and payment by two different people
|
|
|
A new βrelayβ question allows two people to complete a registration and payment separately. For example, an employee selects an activity and sends the form to their supervisor for approval and payment. The supervisor then receives an email with a link to finalize the registration and payment. Both parties receive a confirmation and a PDF invoice.

Additional improvements have been added: - Automatic calculation of staff working hours (in reports);
- Instructor attendance validation;
- Notification when a class is full.
