- Send to participants registered in Amilia without building a list

Use and Modify a Template For a One-Time MessageTemplates are very useful for newsletters, generic text messages and emails you send to parents, participants and players. Sometimes though, you may want to adapt a particular template for a single message. You could duplicate the template but that is cumbersome. Well now you no longer need to. You can choose a template and modify it one-time-only. In the Send message screen, choose a template and click on the View and edit button. The template will appear for you to edit it for this send out. The original template will not be modified. |

Send to Participants Registered in Amilia Without Building a ListYou may want to send a personalized email to participants registered in Amilia. For example to send a reminder or a cancellation. Now you can without having to create a list. Click on the option Amilia participants and then Choose participants. |

From the popup, choose participants in Amilia from a particular program. Then select category, subcategory and activities. |
