User Permissions and Carbon CopyActivity Messenger now allows you to carbon copy (CC) users on any email or text message you send. For example, you can CC an instructor of a Zoom class to receive the Zoom link along with class participants. Since not all users are the same, we have also introduced 4 user permission levels. |

User PermissionsActivity Messenger now counts 4 different types of permission levels. These are: - Account Owner: has full access.
- Administrator: does not have access to billing.
- Instructor: limited access to forms and messages.
- Guest: no access. Can be CCed on messages.
You can access the Users page by clicking on the organization menu (3 dots next to your logo), and choosing option Manage users. From there, you can click on the (+) button to invite staff. |

Invite Staff from AmiliaIf you use the Amilia integration, you can use a dedicated screen to easily bulk-import staff from Amilia. It is now easier than ever to invite coaches and allow them to check if someone's filled a waiver or not. You can even tag waivers with the coach name. |

CC UsersWhen you create a message, you can click on the CC option. This will allow you to pick a number of users. They will receive a copy of the message either by email, by text message or both. |

CC Zoom Class InstructorsIf you run Zoom classes, you can now program the automated task to CC the instructor to receive the Zoom link reminder email or text message. |
