1- Adding a subtitle to a class

Once you have created a class, you may want to add a little more context below the class title. This could be level requirements, equipment needed, or that it is a parent and child class.

In class rules, under display, type in the information or subtitle.

2- Adding age contraints at the class level

Now you can easily set minimum and maximum age limits for your classes directly from the class/event setup. This allows you to restrict registrations based on age.

3- Modify the displayed number of spots in a class

You can now change the number of seats displayed in a class. This feature allows you to adjust the visible availability in your classes to create a sense of urgency.

For example, instead of showing 12 seats remaining, the system can show 5+ seats remaining. Once the threshold is exceeded, it will show the actual number of seats remaining.

4- New bulk operations for classes

Activity Messenger now allows 3 new bulk operations for classes in addition to Tags, Ledger Codes, Assigned Staff, and Registration Period.

Under Classes/Events you can now bulk assign:

• Age restrictions
• Price
• Payment Plans

5- Prorate at the class level

With just a few clicks when you create a class, you can set up prorated pricing to automatically adjust the cost for new students so they only pay for the remaining classes in the session.

After each class, the system adjusts the price to keep prorated pricing up to date.

This feature keeps your classes open and makes it easy for latecomers to sign up without any extra work on your part.

6- Medical information included in the participant questions

This enhancement allows you to collect critical health information at the time of class registration. This ensures that you're fully aware of any medical conditions or needs of your participants.

Simply toggle the following options under the Participant option:

• Medical Information
• Medical Conditions
• Allergies

When someone selects a class to register a participant, it will now look like this:
