Activity Messenger allows you to send an email or a text message before each class. This will send a message for each occurrence of your activity. This works both with Amilia and Upload Excel/CSV lists. It will take the occurrence dates you have imported.
To get started create a new automated task. Click on the Communications menu and Create a new automated task. Give your automated task a name and choose "Class reminder".
Once your automated task is created you can turn on the switch and program the Automation Bot. Choose the time the message should go out at, select the list you want, and configure the message to send out.
At the bottom you can pick a date to see who will receive a message on that day.
By default Activity Messenger creates a template for you. It contains placeholders for participant's first name, the activity (class) name and the start date and time. You can modify that template or use another.
You can attach a form or waiver (i.e. a liability waiver) to the message, requesting the participant to fill it in before each class.
Click on Configure the message. Below left, click on Attachment and Attach a form/waiver. Select the form you have previously created. Activity Messenger will add a button with a link to the form. Read the docs on forms and waivers to learn more.
Activity Messenger logs automation messages sent. Click on the Messages tab under the automated task. There will be listed all emails and text messages sent for the task.
